About
STUDIO 3DQ is a progressive design practice that specialises in residential architecture. ​We work collaboratively with our clients, consultants and contractors to produce unique contemporary design solutions and together work towards a common goal of promoting good architecture.

The practice was established in 2018 by Sandy Martikas. Sandy is a registered architect with over 25 years experience in the architectural profession and extensive knowledge of residential architecture.

At STUDIO 3DQ we strive to provide creative solutions and aim to instill good architecture into all the projects that we undertake. We provide a commitment to personalised design solutions that respond to a clients brief, the site and the surrounding environment. We take great pride in producing individual designs combined with a high level of detailing and documentation.

Our goal is to enrich the lives of our clients through good design with an emphasis on creating spaces that are beautiful with a rich level of detailing, and by implementing good planning principles that result in spaces that are also functional, have a connection with recreational spaces, and promote good solar access and environmental sustainability
